Dreams - Final Fantasy Net

I just thought it would be cool to talk about our dreams here and try to interpret them.

I have one on my mind that bugs me a lot and I don't want it to disturb anyone so you don't have to read the next paragraph.

I have these recurring similar dreams, I guess nightmares, where I find out there is no God or afterlife. It happens in different places, like one happened when I was in a hospital and I found out I had a life threatening disease. The doctor told me I needed an operation that I would have a 50% chance of living and the last thing I remember is being on the table, passing out as they put me to sleep for surgery. Another one I had recently is I guess I was a soldier and I was dieing in war in front of a grave with a picture of someone in front of me. I don't know how, I just "Knew" there was no God. And then at those points in the dream I get a taste of "non-existence" which is the best way I can put it. I guess it's scary and peaceful at the same time, but a lot more unsettling.

After that I usually wake up sick to my stomach and sweaty all over

But I don't want people all sad or freaked out so you guys can talk about your dreams too.

Technically I don't believe in god or the afterlife anyways so that wouldn't be a big deal for me. Though I guess your survival instincts are up to scratch if the thought of you not existing scares the crap out of you ^_-

I don't dream that often if at all and when I do I have a limited amount of control over them...it's odd.

But fo serious~
I'm a real dominant person at times. real dominant. And I had a dream about a clash of the titans, as it were. It was kinda funny ^^

I'm glad someone made this, I had a REAL wierd dream. Dont read if you can get sick quickly.

I had a dream where I was staring into a dark abyss. I could sense someone crying, and, not knowing where, but followed the sound. I saw a girl in a spotlight and crying. I went over to her and asked her if she was okay. She said "Death..." she revealed her face, where there were cuts and burns, her face disfigured. I was scared and backed up, then found myslef staring at a door. I could hear people saying "Join..." over and over. It was an ominous room and the talking grew louder. It seemed disturbing and creepy, when the door opened slightly. I could see people's arms trying to reach for me, their arms coming closer, then grabbed me by my shirt and pulled me in. Thats when I hear "Join..." and I hear myself screaming and seeing faces of blood and monstrous vision.

I wake up shaking, holding myself. I was sweating and it was only 3:00 am. It shocked me and kept me up for the rest of the night and for the rest of the day.

If you dont belive me, fine. But its true....

I had this weird ass dream 3 months after watching Saw 2...go figure delayed nightmare...but it was more funny and odd then scary...

I was locked into the house of 2 but the funny thing is was the prisoners and myself were told that we had a knife in our stomach and the only way to get into our safe rooms was to puke it up and cut out a key from our stomachs...and for some dum reason i was like ok ...what the hell so i'm leaning on a sink from nowhere throwing up this machete sized knife and cutting the key out of my stomach and bleeding like hell but...my safe house was a mcdonalds parking lot...and mcdonalds makes me puke... so i don't now what it was about but it was funny/weird

Very funny/wierd. I also have that kind of dream.

After watching Hostel, I was in a locker room filled with naked girls (too much sex in beginning of movie) and they were trying to seduce me and stuff. But I just wanted to get out. after trying to tell them to get out of the way, a guy with a saw came from behind. I couldnt react, but the guy slipped and the saw landed on his face. Then the girls liked fell and stopped moving or anything. So I get out and I was actually in the Holiday Inn, and three guys come up and say how they are going to get shit by killing someone. they didnt say money, just SHIT. They also had flamethrowers in thier hand, then a guy came up and his eyeballs fell out and he ate them(didnt know how I dreamed that part)

Very wierd.

I have a reoccuring dream everyso often where i'm in this castle and I walk into this room where a red firey lion and A blue tiger or basically magically dog like beasts...think Suicune and Entai/Pokemon but i get so freaked out and run through the room and out another door and into a hallway like in Hyrule and this short scary looking white guy with egor face and long black hair....well he starts talking and i just freak out and wake up...

that and when i was a kid i had a dream i was sledding on the highway in a innertube and eventually i come to a bridge (high ass bridge like a milllion feet to the river...) well i accidentally hit the edge of the bridge where it elevates like a jump and i fall into the ravine and 2 feet before i hit the ground i wake up in a cold sweet....

i have weird ass dreams...

Not as wierd as this one.

I was in this cavern were I saw Barney say "Me sick evil ticks on you dumbass."
Then bugs come in and Barney and these other kids (i thnik they were from Jimmy Neutron...thats right, JIMMY NEUTRON) run away while a ladder appears and I go in a helicopter and I go into the copter where there are boxes and then I fall somewhere onto a building. A guy yells at me for being on his lawn, and I run away and see guys from Lord of the Rings prancing around and yeling "Me like me spinach". Then dudes from Star Wars come up to me than ask "Dude, where's my lightsaber?" Then I go on to this platform where I see a school, then wake up.

Thats it. Wierd...

I have had dreams that are too upsetting for me to talk about.....
and some totally random ones lol

but whether you realize it or not, you dream every night. When you "didn't have a dream" means usually that you weren't interrupted during REM sleep

Nightmares are relative in fears of each individual.

My dreams are of blood and fire.

At the risk of sounding like some sort of vampire wannabee who would be angry at nothing, I shall then admit that my niightmares consist of malformed people, whom always, should I dream of them, make me wake in a cold sweat.

Otherwise, all is fine on this wonderful night.
