>.<
Argh
this is really boring
Can not sleep at all, my head is killing me, been up all night...
Decided to raid the wine Cabinet, ended up finishing two small red and half a Baileys in the space of 9 hours....
Its 5:43 at the moment, thankfully i have my buddies on msn to keep me company along with mark on my mob...
Once did three days no sleep due to camping >.< lol it was not the best holiday..
Another was a party...^^
Then a hospital.....really annoyingly stiff beds and throbbing pain doesn't mix..
wondering wether anyone has trouble sleeping...or the longest theyv'e lasted untill collapsing..whatever yeah sleep related issues...
lol random i guess but i'm extremley bored

Well, once after a long and serious day, that gave me many things to think of, I tried to sleep with my mind fuul of thoughts. I realy wasn't thinking of getting some sleep cause things that were on my mind were very, very important for me. While my mind was working, I looked at the window, through the darkness behind it. And this state continued till I noticed that there is no more darknwss behind the window. "Wasn't I sleeping for a whole night?" asked I myself. I was realy frightened that morning.
Anyway, after that I had a normal day, what confused my the most.

I really hope you are Ok DA, and that you managed to get some decent sleep after your bad night.
Insomnia is a subject that seems to come up a lot with the guys on this forum, we talked about it a lot over in the Owl's Nest, feel free to check it out and see if any of the suggestions helped. They might not make you sleep, but hopefully they might help you to chill out more, so you can at least feel calm and get some rest.
I used to think too much at bedtime, and it kept me from getting to sleep straight away. And headaches suck when you're trying to sleep. But recently I've been thinking more during the day, so by the time I go to bed I've kinda out-thunk myself (*_*) and I fall into dreamless sleep straight away. Or if I do dream I rarely remember anymore. Though I have been much happier lately too, and wellbeing goes a long way to dictating your sleeping patterns.
Don't forget, a nice hot bath or shower with something that smells great can make anyone drop off to sleep!!! ^^

Yessss. 8 days, before I started sleeping on my feet, and a couple days after that I slept for roughly 2.5 days and woke up with killer headache and probably dehydratuion. The paranoia, possible hallucinations, and inability to move faster than a clockwork robot get really annoying around days five to seven.
Insomnia sucks, I give sympathy, can;t really give any advice other than to check with the Owls' Nest thread or, if it gets too bad, a doctor, medical book, or online diagnostic (can;treally recommend the latter).

No way I advice someone to go to the doctor! No sence I think! Just if the situation is critical!
Try to have some sleep, no matter how ever you make yourself to it.

As I said, the last three are a last resort, if it become really problematic.. Different things work for different people for insomnia cures. Try what you can, and remember what works.

Many of you know that I am suffering from insomnia caused by great deals of stress
it happens that I can't sleep for three days in a row
... I begin growling at people after the second night
....but I also do that when I sleep well :P

Well Firesnake you have a little less problems then others I see.
Still, going to the doctor is not the best idea!
