Popping pimples (the way most people do, with one;s fingernails) leaves scars. (though, so does having one infected because it;s left too deep under the skin for too long)
Only two things really gross me out enough to make me sick: The sight or image of fungi (especially carnivorous fungi), and the smell of vomit (which, unfortunately, causes a recursive cycle)
