Yeah, thats just as sad as the existance of Pay-toilets on the east coast u.s.a. They just sounded ridiculus to me.

Yeah, it's stupid when places try to make people pay for public amenities, half the time it costs more to repair the vandalism that occurs as a result than the monetary increase or effort reduction.
