I'm glad to say that I'm feeling much better now (no twitching or shaking for a couple of days now yay!!!), thanks everyone and hope you're all feeling better too. I'm feeling quite good about today, going to have a nice trip to town to get some stuff

I've been told it;s likely a (hereditary) potassium deficiency, and possibly B1. SO i;ve started taking Potassium, vitamin B1, and increasing my water/G2/Nutrient Water brand water intake.
Rigth now I;m bored, and slightly stressed. Still slightly... adrenaline rush affected from watching Lola Rennt earlier.

OK. Today I have various ailments.
I am dead bored.
I have a splitting headache.
I have a cut above my right eye which bleeds a hell of a lot.
I can't understand a pain in my right knee.

Well now I'm shattered. My headache has gone (!) and my cut has a bandage. So I'm completely out of energy now.

Just found out the captain of our team is injured for 4 months, feels crap. Plus tiredness.
