Character Clothing - Final Fantasy Net

I'm not sure if FFVIIIs choice of character clothing is right. Selphie has the shooortest dress in the history of FF. You have Squall: leather, tight, tight pants, a fur ring around his coat, etc. Basically, where i'm getting at is this: do you like the clothing they prance about in? Do you wish they had some other kind? Are you for them NOT having clothing at all? Do you think Tetsuya Nomura is a bafoon who designs shit clothing? Well, feel free to express every opinion you may have about this. You may also post any alternate clothing ideas for the character[s] of your choosing. Rock on!

Yeah, the clothing was pretty bad. Rinoa's was ok, minus the T-Shirt. Selphie should've has a yellow top with a mid-thigh skirt that has a dangly bit at the back. I'll draw and scan it sometime. Zell's suits his character, no matter how crap it is. I'd imagine squall in dark clothes, say Angelus-esque. Except not dark and brooding, it'd just ruin the TV character.That's all I can think of for now.

But, you know what gets me? They rarely change. And they don't wash. They must stink to high heaven.
At the end, Squall doesn't faint of exhaustion. He just can't take the fumes anymore.

Wish their outfits were a little less complicated so there would be a lot less horendous cosplay sites out there

Eh what about Lulu or Rikku from X? Didnt look like they dressed for comfort to me!lol thought the clothing in X was much worse than that of VIII. Good example would be of course Tidus. What was that idiot wearing??
