Aerith/Sephiroth/Vincent!!!... lol. Oh man, I think someone's been playing with his Gameshark a little too much. haha. that's impossible. But hey that would be a cool party if you could get it.
a while back you guys were talking about Cosmo Memory... I always thought Red XIII/Nanaki was a pretty interesting character. I think that most people who had played the game would agree that he proved to be a pretty strong player in FFVII when you needed him. I always remember using him in my party whenever I needed a little extra muscle to defeat a really strong boss.
oh yeah, and Miss Lockheart, how dare you knock on Cait Sith. lol. he rules. haha, well actually I have to admit that he was a very bizarre character, even for Final Fantasy standards, and was usually pretty useless in battle. but I sill got a bit of a kick out of him seeing him fight along with the guys in the game. It didn't matter what the part of the game was, it could of been the most serious part, but you could still have this talking cat sitting on a giant bumbling moogle jumpin' up and down right there beside you whenever you wanted. lol. so goofy. I usually equipped him with a lot of my yellow "Command" materia (like Sense, Manipulate, Morph, and Mimic) since that was usually one of his only strengths.

Lol I see what you are saying dude, it's my intelligence that's to blame really for not "getting" Cait Sith. I don't have the brains to put him to good use, being more of a "bang bang bang bang" kinda gal!!

lol, no it's cool man. but I totally get it about Cait Sith, 'cause everybody hated him. haha. but he was there for comic relief and did add an interesting mix to the cast of the game. philosophically, I suppose he was put in there just for this reason... which was I believe to carry on the Final Fantasy tradition of always having at lease one bizarre character to choose from in a gaming party. there has almost always been at least one, whether it's been Mog or Umaru in FFVI, Freya Quina or even Amarant in FFIX, Kimahri in FFX, or even Fran most recently in FFXII. that's part of the fun. you don't have to use them if you don't want to; they aren't mandatory to pass the game or even hugely important to the main storyline. but they are there to choose from if you want a little bit of comedy with your oh-so-serious RPG, haha.
Oh, and FireSnake... my favorite party is Cloud/Barret/Tifa :P

Heh heh heh the game wouldn't be the same without him. And I did really like the Scottish accent they gave him in AC and DoC. But then I like Greg Ellis so that's OK! I don't mind doing the section in Junon where Cait Sith and Barret team up to get to the airstrip, how did Cait Sith ever get away with disguising himself as reporter!? And although I like Reeve, I'm not sure he would have made a very good fighting character, so good on him for bringing in the cats!

Yeah Reeve was cool, I was really glad that they decided to give him a more substantial role in DoC. afterall, Cait Sith was just a puppet, it was Reeve who was the ninth party member in the orginal game via Shinra remote technology, or something like that, lol. I don't know, they never do 100% explain that one. He must control Cait Sith with a Playstation-esk wireless controller or something, who knows. :P
I like Greg Ellis too, he does so many 'voice overs' for video games and televised cartoons it's like not even funny because he can change accents so prolifically.

My favourite Greg Ellis voiceover so far just has to be Alister from Tomb Raider Legend, and he's doing the sequel too! (big Lara fan here)
I liked Reeve in DoC, but what was with the funky dress he was wearing!!

haha, oh you know how Final Fantasy is with all the fancy-schmancy garb. I guess it was meant to be a rather formal robe of some sort, since he is the head of the WRO and not much of a fighter. it would of been interesting tho to see him still wearing his old black and white penguin suit he had when he was in Shinra. maybe we'll see that in Crisis Core.

I'm not sure if he will be in it or not, I know some of the other Shinra staff will be making appearances, such as Reno and Rude, and Tseng has a particulary large part to play I believe. We can hope for a cameo, right?

Certainly! Oh yay Reno rocks, I will be soooooo happy if he's in it!!! And Rude too, the comedy pair.
They by far had the best voice actors (English) in AC. I found them so funny, I don't even get sick of watching it!
Looks like I'm going to have to save up for that PSP, although someone just told me about rumours of a DS release too, which would make life a lot easier!!!
