just have someone in your party... (tifa for the best chice of doing it) get hit some and have 7777 HP and you will do an uber awesome technique...

Any member of your team has to have 7777+hp. You can possibly get it exactly with hp+materia, but it would be difficult.
If the team member is hit and goes down to 7777hp, he/she get super cool during the fight.
At the end of the battle his/her HP is reduced to 1.
