I agree, Omnislash is more powerful, even better than KOTR if Cloud is trained enough in my opinion.

KOTR hits more times than omni-slash, I'm sure of it. my KOTR does all 9999 hits cause I've got to mastered magic plusses.

But what im saying is if you have a really strong Cloud and have not yet mastered KOTR Omnislash is better.
