Extra Charecters?
In my guidebook it shows a picture of the in-game Charecter Menu with all the Charecters including Seifer and Edea, how is this possible?
I thought maybe Gameshark but ive never seen that used in a guidebook.

Page 115 underneath "Accessing GF'S".
And on another Page (Page 129 under "Using Up Junctioned Magic") it shows Squall's Junction Screen with Apocalypse Junctioned, you can only Draw that from Ultimecia in the Final Battle cant you?

Probably images from a debug version of the game I would guess. But you can get all the characters and magic by using a cheat cart or disc.

i dont think you can play as seifer or edea maybey there showing all characters including the npcs as for apocalypse i dont know

You can play them, can't you? For a short time. You use Seifer to go on that mission thing to try and become a SeeD. And you use Edea when Rinoa is passed out and you're in that place with that one song playing called "the salt flats" and you're trying to get to Esther. You have to fight that one zombie-like-thing boss. Unless you guys are talking about something else????
