Strongest Character
Zidane for me, he was at lv90 when others were at 60 (some were even at 50).
I actually put Virus on him at one point to try and even out the levels.

For me it was Steiner, id got him all the sword arts so he knew moves like Shock, Climhazzard, Shock and Thunder Blade like Beatrix and his normal attack alone did brill damage.

Steiner is the strongest, but Zidane can do more damadge thanks to his speed.

Steiner was the strongest but Zidane's levels have always been the highest for me.

Steiner and Quina were equal strongest for me. Both doing 9999 damage constantly.

I'm going to have to go with Steiner as not only was he the strongest but he had some freekin cool attacks(as far as I can remember).
