see thats the stupid part....ur the only one running this place..you should be the one making the decisions for it...if alex aint around even though he should be then u should fully run this. Him not being around is also lowering the morale around here cuz not even the owner of the cite will come here. you need to talk to him about that...see if you can have more power around here to help this place go back to its formar glory.
your willing to change this place as long as Alex allows it. That doesn't make sense...Figuratively he's ur boss but still, even lower admins still have a lot of say and if not, then thats dumb. You may as well be here just to keep peace or something.
As for the skin problem...I know a lot of forums may not have their own way of making skins...with the whole having to pay for it. But don't you know anyone who can make one to ur specifications. Thats how most forums do it. They have someone else make it. as for payment idk
