well here are my ideas...

1) make some forums about other games or hints/tips about ff (if you havent already)

2)make the website home page easier to understand, dont have ur comments watevr there,

3)talk about anything you want, dont stay quiet just because you think ur not popular enough to.(aimed at newbies)

4)give newbies some kind of boost,eg. quick 10 rep for joining,give them help and help them understand how to find stuff.

5)make ur rankings simpler and easier.

6) have a ffnet lottery where people buy a ticket for say, 10 rep*, and if they win give them 50 rep.

7/*)make a ffnet currency like virtual dollars or something.

keep on expanding the site.

9) get chatrooms or watevr

10) give more privilidges to higher ranked people.

11)have a special group of mods/supermods and the almighty one, to expand the site quicker,sort out any problems etc...

12)ask more people what they'd like to see on the site,(say,make polls)

13)make a newsletter giving people news on ff and this site.

14)be happy

1) I agree. We should have some other games here. ff alone isn't enough to base a forum about.

2) Could you be more specific? how would you make it easier to understand?

3) well I'm as loud as I want. you can't force people to post. They'll come when they're ready.

1 ) Well, this is an Final Fantasy site, so sections for other specific games would be a bit silly.
2 ) If you have any particular layout in mind, I'm sure Alex (The webmaster) wouldn't mind listening to what you've got to say.
