1) Have annual or semi-annual polls for forum leaders or mods or w/e
2) Give privilidges to the 'normal' members, those who come on regularily and have over 1 post a day* on their profile

*one post a day (1.23% posts a day etc.)

3) get a sister website (if you havent already) so you get more members
4)have webwide games and trials every 2 months w/e for fun and attract more people online
5) get more things to do on here

4) it's a forum. there's not much you CAN do except post. Although, I like the idea of something like RPG inferno.
