This isn't really a suggestion but more of a help topic. If it's in the wrong spot(I could't find a help spot) please move it to the right spot
Ok, I went into my user cp and it said that I have a reputation from some topic and 11 points. What does this mean

the higher your reputation the more you are like?
i do know you can give someone a bad reputation
so maybe that what it is

If it's green, your rep points will increase.
If it's grey, it doesn't affect your rep points.
If it's red, your rep points will decrease.
Normal members can't see who gave it to them. Unless they say so in the comment bit... I don't bother with reputation, personally.

In addition reputation is given/taken away by that little scale icon on every post. I do believe vBulletin has some algorithms for preventing one user from totally trashing another user's reputation, however.

Yup. You have to dish rep around and can't just keep giving it repeatedly to one person.
