You're talking about the wrong circumstance then. For the time I'm talking about, the server was UNPLUGGED and on a truck, moving to a new location. I don't think it had the capacity to be slow.

no my idea of not loading is slow...cuz the bar for loading was showing up but it would make it to about 20% and "cannot display the server" I should have specified that sorry for my "explination"
