Yes. Just my personal opinion, I think they look more proffessional.
vBulletin, because it is more customisable than IPB.
If we do, you will transfer the database right?

now calm down. yes true you can do more with vbulletin but it also cost pretty penny depending on provider.maybe alex could take up a collection to help pay for the expensives. but either way the site is still cool :P
