My eye get's twitchy sometimes too... but not from not getting enough sleep. It tends to happen when I am under stress, which explains why I used to get it during exam periods at school.
But then again, lack of sleep can cause stress, so perhaps that is not such a far off explanation after all. Just do what I do, stab a fork in your eye, that usually stops it.

Sadly it's just getting worse. Now both eyes are twitching and I'm getting the shakes. All I can think of is that I'm getting ill. Doesn't help that I had a huge row with my brother yesterday, he called me some nasty names (so much for sticks and stones) 
Might have to take a little bit of time off to get well again, and I've cut out caffiene altogether for now to see if that helps just until I can get well. I feel so weird and disabled, it's not pleasant *_*

Wait what? I thought by now that it would be over. But it is getting worse and you have the shakes?
I think it is a bit more then your average stress. And how much have you been sleeping?
I have had muscle spasms which have lasted for a whole week myself, and although annoying, your condition seems a bit more serious. :/

I'm kinda panicking, which isn't helping >.<
Strangely my sleep seems ok, but then I've been sleeping more because I'm exhausted. But then again Jonny seems unwell this morning so maybe it is illness. I'll try and see how I go the rest of the day then maybe I'll know a bit more :S

Phew, the shaking has stopped finally. Both my eyes are still twitching (almost did take a fork to my left eye *_* ) but at least no more shaking. Don't know what it was, probably just nerves. I still might have to try the doctor if it happens again though, but for now, yay!!! ^^
