It's not a sign of healthy sleep. It's not a signof anything. It's a side effect of any one of a number of different things, from brain damage to simply not remembering, or of waking from an NREM sleep deeper than level 1 (which, in my opinion, is not a good thing).
Have not gotten enough sleep lately. I'm irritable, I'm getting ill, I'm able to be goaded into all of the arguments my mom tries to pick (and some that I start because of someone doing something I strong;ly object to, such as RUNNING THROUGH A LIBRARY SCREAM,ING, LETTING YOUR KIDS RUN THROUGH A LIBRARY SCREAMING, OR TELLING ME OFF FOR GETTING UPSET IN A WAY THAT DOES NOT INVOLVE SHOUTING AT SOMEONE. [Added: I should be applauded for not yelling at them to shut up or leave!] I am SO trying not to cuss right now. Yelping in pain is not something I should be told off for, they should be kicked out of thde library and cussing is not an option.)
fracking stupid blasted morons, I hate those idiots.
The Me I am when i don't get enough sleep is hateful. Normal me doesn;t like sleep deprived me. Sleep deprived me is annoyed by normal me, goofy sleepy me doesn't really care and sleep deprived me really just wants to get some sleep. I am currently the me that I am when i am not getting enough sleep.
