Shame on me I fell asleep and missed out on loads of fun!!!
Though I thought it was still nighttime when I got woken up by somebody yelling "Dora! Dora!"and a big shaven head being pushed into my face....whu??
I forgot that Jonny had his hair cut yesterday, and "Dora" was the set of Dora The Explorer books he wanted me to wake up and read to him. About to push him away and go back to sleep, my alarm went off to tell me it was 07:15. Damn.

Well I have tried the tea. I do not really like the taste, but I cannot argue that it really does help to relax, especially when one is stressed out. It made me seem a lot more tired perhaps because of the relaxation it offered, and while I doubt it helped me to literally fall to sleep, it might be a good habit to drink it before going to sleep.
I was a lot less jumpy and awake then usual after going in bed. A bit weird actually. I hope that it was not a fluke, so I am trying some again.

It's a good sign! Yeah the taste takes some getting used to, but I'm glad it had some relaxing effect. And it helps with other things like digestion and skin reddness at the same time, quite a nice little bundle of health benefits there ^^

Indeed, the relaxation effect it seems to have does make it better once going into bed. I am having some again.
And, if it has all those other healthy benefits, then I welcome these as well.

there are times at night were i am much more focused or something along those lines. when ever i play videogames, I seem to get higher scores than i normally would. I think its just that i have higher reflexes or my state of mind is more focused. The games that this seems to happen with are Pinball, tetris, and Sudoku. I think that if i tryed the Tidus-Chocobo Race at this time of day, i might have a higher succsess rate. though thats just a theory...
So wierd though it only happens right at or after sunset.

Night has been conditioned unto our brains as a time of rest by the fact that we humans sleep in the darkness, so everything is more relaxed, not just because of the state of your brain, but because there is some subconscious knowledge which makes most cease all activity. Or something. We are no longer stuck in the rat race, and stress may evaporate. Night also naturally enhances one's faculties, so if you do not sleep, you are more aware and alert.
I get the same thing. Everything I do, is done better when the moon is in the sky.

Okay, I brought home a bunch of Chamomile Tea today from work... so I guess I'll be partying it up tonight :P
Oh, and I once woke up in the morning under the bed... but you can probably chalk that one up to all the alcohol I had consumed the night before, lol yeesh

It will do that.
Such has happened to me on my eighteenth birthday, and while I did not find myself under the bed, it did make a sickening sound when I got upon my feet and my hair and clothes came away from the drying puddle of vomit I had been sleeping in. XD
Chamomile tea is not so bad after all.
